What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It takes between 2 to 7 business days for packages to be delivered within the United States.
Shipments are mailed out only after you have confirmed your order and payment is approved. Once your item has been shipped, we will email you your USPS tracking number so you can track your package. Please order a week in advance to receive your items in plenty of time for a special occasion such as a birthday, graduation or weddings.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is $8.00 for all products. International shipping is $30.00.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
Yes! If you would like to place an international order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid delays in shipping.
Can I order Express Shipping?
Yes! We can ship your order using USPS Express Next Business Day shipping. There is a flat fee of $30 for this service. Orders received after 1 pm EST, will be shipped on the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email your tracking number to the email address you provided. You can track your package at www.usps.com to monitor when your package will arrive. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. While we do not issue refunds, we will exchange unused hair if it is returned within 3 days of purchase. Receipt must accompany any products sent to us for exchange. Hair that show signs of use, washing, coloring, cut wefts etc. will NOT be accepted.
My order shipped, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
The first thing you should do is check the tracking number. Keep in mind that all of our products require a signature at the time of delivery. Sometimes customers may have missed a delivery. In this case, you can pick up your package at your local post office branch. When picking up a package, remember to bring valid identification and the tracking number for your package as well as any notice left on your door by the USPS.
I received my tracking number, but the system does not display any information, what should I do?
USPS updates their system every 24 hours. If you do not see an update with delivery information within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us.
